Greg is the founder and Managing Partner of Widebridge Group. Throughout Greg's career he has worked with a broad cross-section of Technology, Media and Telecommunications companies, advising on over $35 Billion Dollars worth of transactions including M&A, IPOs, Private Placements, Debt Offerings and Structured Financings.
Prior to founding Widebridge Group, Greg was an officer in Morgan Stanley's technology investment banking group in New York where he had a broad range of coverage responsibilities across technology sectors and products. Prior to this, Greg was an officer in Goldman Sachs' TMT investment banking group focused on Technology and Media. Prior to this, Greg was one of the first employees of Morgan Joseph, a middle-market focused investment bank focused on M&A and private placements as a generalist. Greg received his associate training at Morgan Stanley before joining Morgan Joseph.
Greg has an MBA from the University of Chicago with honors, and a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Virginia.
